STEP 1

50% of the total participation fee should be paid within 7 days upon submission of the application form

STEP 3

Make the payment of the participation fee balance by April 30, 2025

STEP 4

Submit the exhibitor utility forms & all balances

STEP 5

The opening day of KIOF
Nov 20 ~ 22, 2025

※ Booth allocation will be conducted with priority given to booth size and application/participation fee payment period.
